Connection to the server is lost for several of the machines through the ipsec channel

Good afternoon!
We have a Confluence server, it runs on a virtual machine in the first office. There are no connection problems in the first office.
There is a second office. It is connected to the first via the ipsec channel. Periodically, a connection error with the web interface on several of the machines occurs. At the same time, the connection with the machine is successfully checked using the ping command, including the ability to access the Confluence machine network shared via smb.

Moreover, if I reboot the machine with the Confluence web server, then access to it appears.
There is an assumption that something goes wrong with requests with a timestamp. If on the machine with which the connection to the web server is made, the time is set one week ahead, try to connect to the web server, and then the time is set back again, a similar problem occurs with the connection to the web server.
Perhaps there is a setting that is responsible for the synchronization of requests between the web server and the browser and you can turn it off?

@Максим_Морозов

That is probably not a problem of confluence!
You should look into your local network to see if there are any errors or incorrect configurations.

But why, then, after restarting the Confluence web server or Confluence virtual machine, is the connection restored?
It seems to me that if it were at the level of network connection, then restarting confluence should not have an effect.

I tried to make changes to the settings by increasing the value of the session-timeout parameter https://confluence.atlassian.com/confkb/how-to-adjust-the-session-timeout-for-confluence-126910597.html, but this did not help.

After restarting the confluence, there may be a new connection with the necessary network resources, which will then be lost again.
Can the load in the network be related, with a faulty configuration, but also with hardware components that have faults in certain situations.
Are there any error messages in the confluence log files?
