Connection direclty from JIRA

I have installed a Jira Sofware and Confluence servers.

Confluence get users directly from JIRA. But when I switch Jira to Confluence or Confluence to ask I have to provide my user and password all the time.

How can I do to be aiuthentificated once for both servers

JIRA is acting as a user directory for authenticating users against JIRA and Confluence. In order to achieve your requirement, you need to have a single sign-on (SSO) solution in place such as Atlassian Crowd.
