Confluence upgrade not as expected

Hi,

I decided to renew my Confluence license and perform an upgraded.

I did not get any errors or warnings as far as I can trace back. But still when I go to the URL I get the Confluence Setup screen (for Trial or Production install) and not my own dashboard with my info.

Now I'm wondering what went wrong and can I still get this corrected? I'm using a mysql as db.

I compared the confluence-init.porperties with the one in the zip file that the upgrade created during migration and it's the same.

Anybody had this or knows where I took the wrong turn?
