Confluence startup failed

Hello Admin,

my confluence sites its not runing and i am get this error 

INET_E_RESOURCE_NOT_FOUND

That usually means the network is unavailable.  You'll need to look at the network setup.  All the rest of the log around that error could well tell you a lot more.
