Hi Huong,

You can generate a quote on your own at atlassian.com/purchase - this is probably a good option for you since you already know what license count you need and the plugins you want.

Alternatively you can raise a ticket with our Customer Advocate team at atlassian.com/company/contact - they'd be happy to generate a quote on your behalf or answer questions about a quote you've generated yourself.

Checking at the list of partners in Vietnam, I see Candylio listed. Their website confirms they are based out of Hồ Chí Minh. Hope that helps!

Hi Hương, since this is a license only deal. You are not liable for VAT. Only FCT of 10% here is the reference http://taxsummaries.pwc.com/ID/Vietnam-Corporate-Withholding-taxes

Other fees typically includes currency exchange and bank transfer fees
