Confluence performance testing scripts

I want to do Performance Testing of our Confluence application to know the performance impact of latest version.

I am trying JMeter but finding it difficult due to JavaScript.

I found that Atlassian has own Performance testing framework as well but its setup mentioned was on MAC OS/Linux and I am using Windows OS so any document which will help to use FW on Windows machine.
