When we are trying to link a confluence page to a jira issue, we are using search feature from JIRA - add link. The search does not return any results and we got the following error in the Jira applog;

The error message says most of what you need to know - your user doesn't have the right to see the page, or it doesn't exist.

Check that the user can see it in Confluence and check that your application links are set up correctly.
