Recently, we upgraded confluence from 5.4 to 5.8.10. Now users are not receiving any notifications. Earlier, users were getting mails like 'Recommended', 'Your name was mentioned', 'weekly updates', 'Regular updates' etc. After the upgrade, none of these are happening. Universal plugin manager version is 2.8.15, if it is a useful data.
I am able to send test email and it is working. So, I believe the outgoing mail server configuration is fine. The 'Mail queue' is empty. Here is a part of the maillog on the system (centos)

No need to do anything else. there is no problem with notification after the upgrade.
