Confluence not working with 8443 port

I am unable to access confluence with port 8443 while it is working with 8090.

 

Any help.

I followed this https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/running-confluence-over-ssl-or-https-161203.html

and below is my configuration (server.xml) file
