Confluence manage app "Uninstall" disabled

Hello,

I bought 2 applications from marketplace for Confluence. 30 days free trial. I want to "uninstall" the applications. Please help.

I checked admin.atlassian.com. There is no Uninstall there either. How can I remove it? I don't want to pay fees.

Hi @Barış Özer 

You have to unsubscribe first, then uninstall.

Even if you have an active app and paying for it, the uninstall button is grayed out until you remove subscription.

I cannot cancel the subscription. What should I do?

In the Org Admin section, click Billing in the top bar, find the app, click Manage and you should end up in the Manage Subscriptions section.

Find the app, click ... menu and you should see the Delete option.

There is no unsubscribe or delete button on this screen.

I was able to "delete" the other app

From the Connected Apps screen but I can't delete or unsubscribe from this app.
