Hi team
We have confluence license "SEN-2020645" in this license was expired .Today we renew the confluence license,But new license SEN was different how we apply the new SEN license to our server New SEN no "SEN-18265372" . If we try to apply the new license we are getting "XSRF check failed " error. Can you please help me to resolve the issue.
Hi @balachandarbalraj ,
I see you've also recently asked a question indicating you have upgraded Confluence to 7.4 and want to see if that question is also for the same server instance here. In the linked question, I can see that you're accessing the 7.4 instance directly by IP address.
As @Craig Castle-Mead mentions, any reverse proxy such as nginx or Apache needs to match what's listed in the proxy connector in the server.xml file.
This also needs to match the configured Base URL in Confluence's General Configuration page. Given that you appear to be accessing the instance by its IP address instead of a canonical URL, it's quite likely that Confluence believes its address is something else than an IP address, hence the XSRF error. You'll either need to access Confluence by the base URL listed in the General Configuration, or change the base URL to something your browser can resolve.
Cheers,

The XSRF error likely means that your reverse proxy/server.conf configuration isn't setup as needed (the address you're accessing Confluence with in your browser isn't what Confluence thinks it's running as.
