Confluence is very slow for the 'admin' user

Logging into Confluence using a shared admin user U1 is very slow: takes more than 2 or 3 mins. Using U1 logging to jira seems okey. In the same computer and network, login with other normal account it very fast. We use this U1 account to generate aroung 4 reports from some json files everyweek. and we got lot of failures when we try genetate is because of time out.
