Hi,
We had been using Confluence for our Knowledge Management, however due to the cost of hosting, we decided not to continue. Since then we have learnt that we can cloud host with Atlassian for a doable amount.
The problem we now face is our data is held on a hard drive, I believe it's in the correct format, however, I cannot upload it directly to the new site I have created. Apparently, I need to download Confluence version 5.9.10 in order to do so. This is proving difficult as I keep getting an error message 'File viewer and investigator cannot open files in 'GenRandom167' format.
Any ideas?
Would be much appreciated as this is driving me insane.
