Confluence how to script weekly pdf email distro of a single page for execs unable to see online

I have several executives that need to see the contents of a Confluence page that undergoes regular updating.  The execs are on the road and unable to access confluence so I need some kind of workflow or scripting to generate a pdf of a single page on a regular cadence (every friday for example) and email it to one or more email addresses.

Suggestions?
