What do you mean by "connect"?  What are you trying to do with this "connection to a database"?  (not that Access is a database)

Can we connect confluence with database? If i search for the resource, it should give me all the records for the resource whatever is present in the database. This is possible in confluence? Or you having any alternative?

Welcome to the community @Abirami Thandapani

You might want to try out my companies app Orderly Databases for Confluence. It might be a worthy alternative to bring the power of lightweight databases into Confluence.

Although at the moment we do not yet offer any APIs to connect other databases, we recently introduces an import feature that should help you bringing you data over from for example MS Access. Learn more

As a sidenote, it's only available on Confluence Cloud.
