Hello,
i am administering a project development lifecycle library (similar to PRINCE2 which hows all the various documents and deliverables fit together, templates, training guides, worked examples.
People working on a project will need to refer to this process and deliverables. I like the idea of this being on confluence rather than sharepoint.
any other case studies on this? Or other insights.
Hi,
is this public facing / anonymous access or an internal site only for project members / partners?
We have our project library (similar to PRINCE2) as a space in Confluence & an example project template space which is copied if a project is in need for a own space. We manage smaller projects in a single space to keep the administration efforts down.
So you've got a valid use case & I'm pretty sure many other companies are handling it in a similar way.
Best
JP
Thanks Jan. The framework could be used by internal folk and external suppliers and partners. But not public.
how have you tackled predefined work flows and approvals which have to be repeated for each project....have you build that into the template?
