Confluence fails to start

Hi,

I don't know exactly when this error began (we didn't use the confluence since April for some reasons), but I found that confluence fails to start.

I've checked and searched for the solution but could not find any clue.

I attached today's logs.

@Ikhoon_Chon  Base on logs,  i  think  is time to  clear plugin  cache
