Confluence email subscriptions

I'm looking for some guidance here... I don't seem able to control the subscriptions. It's not a big problem, as they all go into my "Other" inbox in Outlook anyway. Just wondering if it's possible to control!

In my current email subscription settings - almost all disabled.

And in my Other inbox: seems I'm getting notifications for *all* changes on *all* the Confluence pages I've edited? 

Maybe the above settings are generic, and always overridden by any specific page watching settings I have?

Any tips/pointers appreciated!

You might want to select Subscribe to a daily digest, since clearing this checkbox causes separate notifications.
