Confluence does not sync with Crowd

Hi,

The synchronization from Crowd to Confluence fails. 

In the log I found:

2022-09-30 10:03:01,727 WARN [Caesium-1-2] [confluence.impl.hibernate.ConfluenceHibernateTransactionManager] doRollback Performing rollback. Transactions:
->[com.atlassian.crowd.directory.DbCachingRemoteChangeOperations.getUsersToAddAndUpdate]: PROPAGATION_REQUIRES_NEW,ISOLATION_DEFAULT,readOnly (Session #233167306)

The new users can not be synced to Confluence.

Does anyone got this issue before?

Hi @Ales Janzekovic ,

could you try to delete and configurate again COnfluence to Crowd user directory?

I have already thought of that myself. But I do not want to risk nobody would be able to log in if the sync will not work. First I will also address Atlassian Support.

Anyway, thanks for your suggestion.
