Confluence disable captcha for logins

We upgrade confluence to 5.0.3 and we reset the admin password but is asking for login confirmation with a captcha that doesnt work. How we can disable the captcha login in the config files? Captcha images are not working, we confirm the passwords are correct with different users and in the database.

any help is appreciate.
