Hi Hani,
Can you let us know what you've done so far in order to set it up, and what add-ons or documentation pages you're using to set this up?
I'm not too familiar with Ping Federate but if you can provide us your resources we can try to assist you.
Regards,
Shannon
Hi shannon,
thanks for ur reply.
ive setup 6.12 version for our staging and ive copy over the ping atlassian kit jar files and also the edit mod_pf.conf, httpd.conf and agent-config.txt. and also seraph-config.xml. is my steps correct? we are using corporate authentication. so the link in the seraph config ive change it to our corporate link.
ive install also the certificate.
when we try to access. we keep on getting access denied. and its seems like no parameter sent to the authentication link.
do we have any specific config did we need to put to?
Thanks again shannon.
thanks
Hani

Hani,
We don't have official documentation on this and I haven't set it up myself personally, but it sounds like it could be an issue with the user mapping. Most SSOs require principal name, email, partial email, etc.
Can you show us the actual documentation you were using in order to install this and we can have a look?
Regards,
Shannon
