Confluence developer license restrictions

Please tell me if there are any restrictions for confluence developer license? How is it different from a regular confluence license?

Hello there Sergey!
Developer licenses are granted only to customers who are holders of commercial, academic, and select Starter licenses. Developer licenses are not available for Cloud products.
Our developer licenses are limited to non-production instances (instances that are not used as your production instance):

Atlassian supplies "developer" licenses that can be used by existing commercial license holders who wish to deploy non-production installations of our software to use in QA/staging environments.
