Confluence cloud defaulting to single column width

Im using Confluence Cloud and all of my pages seem to be defaulting to be single column width. This forces all of my content to left aligned in the center of the page. I can control all of the content on the page except for the Page Title and the "created by, and last edited by" info. Any advice on how to make the Page Title div Full width?

@Diego  yes it does, the problem seems to have been resolved. Not sure what changed.

The problem was that the div for the Page title would still be left aligned but only set for single column width. So when i created a page section that was full width, the Title Div would be in the center of the page and my text would start at the far left.
