Hello there,
I'm currently having problem with changing my personal information on Profile section of Confluence. I get this error message;
You cannot edit the Full Name or Email fields as you are not using Confluence to manage users
How can i fix this? Any help would be appreciated.
This message is telling you that Confluence is not managing the user information this could be that it is set to link to another system such as LDAP or possibly JIRA and it is in that system that you need to change the personal information.
A user with administrator permissions should check which system is managing your users following the instructions at https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/configuring-user-directories-229838212.html
