Confluence bulk move pages based on label

We have Confluence data-center v10.2.2. I am leading an effort to clean up all of our site spaces of out-dated information. I am thinking of advising our users to use a label of "archive" for any page and attachment that are no longer needed. 

Is there a way to "Bulk Move" pages that have a label of "archive" from their current site space to a new, archived space?

Is there a way to "Bulk Download" all attachments with a label of "archive" so that they can be moved and deleted?
