Confluence & JIRA update

Hello... I'm new to Confluence & JIRA so....

My task is to update both Confluence & JIRA:

• Confluence from 6.0.3 to latest 6.10 
• JIRA from 7.3.0 to latest 7.10
• Our MySQL is 5.4 (I think this need s to be updated to 5.7?)
• I figure the upgrades provide appropriate versions of Tomcat, Java & Apache(?)

Can this be done in a single swoop or is there a step-by-step process? Is there a closely related update document on this?

Thanks Yogesh... with the Confluence it looks like we should be fine... so we ran update which seemed successful. Had a few issues but adjusted the server.xml file and it is looking good. Now off to updating the JIRA!
