Hi,
We have a subscription to the Jira tool, and we would like to use Confluence only for specific employees.
Each time we create a new Jira user, we don’t want a Confluence user to be created automatically. Do you have such option?
Thanks!

Hey @Yulia Green

  1. In Jira - click the Cog wheel in the upper right menu and select "User Management"
  2. On the left menu under "Site settings" select "App Access"
  3. Scroll down to the Confluence app and see which group gives automatic access to the app
  4. remove that group.

Also, in the upper menu, select "Apps" and then in the left menu select "User Access Settings" and see which domains get access to Confluence, remove Confluence from "Any Domain"

Do the same if you have your domain there also.

@Yulia Green Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

If you add the new user using admin.atlassian.com, you control this by what products you select to give them access to during the add user process. See this page for more information: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/create-edit-and-delete-users/
