Confluence add Space watcher

As a space admin is is possible to add watchers for an entire space rather than just individual pages?

When i go to Manage Watchers I can only add watchers for the page (left side) - see attachment.

Normally this is not possible, but I wrote a user macro to be able to do this:

Just embed it in a page and you will be able to change space watches (and all other watches, for that matter) for other users.  Note that you have to be a confluence administrator (a member of the confluence-administrators group) in order to be able to change space watches for other users.
