Confluence access error even after granting product access and group membership.

 I am the admin of 'pettail.atlassian.net'. I've invited a user and granted Confluence access & groups, but the user still gets "Access Denied" and "Request Access" results in an error. What is the problem...?

Is the user trying to access a specific space or page in Confluence when the error occurs?

For whatever page they are trying to access, have you tried using the Page Restrictions option to check the user's access to the page?

Has the user tried logging in to the home page for Confluence?

When trying to access the page URL, it says you do not have permission and an error occurs when requesting permission. Even though it is a collaboration space within the same space, it is not visible in all spaces.
