Hi Support,
We are currently running Confluence 6.1.3 and need to upgrade to 6.15.2. We've updated our market place add-ins but two remain when we perform the update compatibility check.
Both of these apps have the vendor as Atlassian, Inc. or Atlassian Support, whats the status of these applications now? We use the Code Macro in our documentation so need to retain this feature. I notice if I disable the add-in the code block doesn't display.
How do we move forward and upgrade if this plugin isn't compatible?
Many Thanks
Hi @Hayden Johnston ,
Support Tools is replaced with Troubleshooting and Support Tools
As for Code Macro Plugin, there is Code Block Macro which is built-in
Hi @Edwin Kyalangalilwa ,
Thanks for the reply, I have a couple of follow-up questions I'm hoping you can help with.
If I disable Code Macro Plugin, can I make the inbuilt Code Macro Plugin take over these Macros? Because at the moment, when I disable the plugin I lose the ability to read the code.
Within Confluence / Find new apps i'm unable to find the Troubleshooting and Support Tools
However, i can download the jar from the link you provided, can i just copy this into the addins folder in the confluence installation directory and confluence will automatically find it? Is Support Tools Plug purely for getting log data for Confluence support? so it can be disabled with no impact to content on the confluence pages.
Many Thanks in Advance

Unfortunately no. you'll have to move the code to the built-in macro. You can continue using Code Macro plugin, but it might cause issues later with Confluence.
If you're planning to upgrade a test environment first, then you can test the add-on in the new version.
After the upgrade is when you'll now see Troubleshooting and Support Tools
