In the Confluence Calendars, if I select subscribe, via CalDav, the url is https://confluence.myfirm.com/ with no suffix.
If I add this URL to Outlook 2016 -> Add Calendar -> From Internet, nothing happens. There is no hit on the Confluence Server.
Could you please advise how to get CalDAV support work in MS Outlook 2016?
In the email of May 9, Introducing CalDAV support in Team Calendars for Confluence, you have written "CalDAV support enables two-way syncing between Team Calendars and your calendar app. Now you'll be able to update Team Calendars events from Outlook, Google Calendar (Android), or Apple Calendar"
Hi Jiri,
Can you confirm if you're using MS Outlook 2016 on Mac or Windows? What version of Team Calendars and Confluence are you using?
Regards,
Shannon

Hi Jiri,
Thank you for confirming.
I've created a support ticket for you since it seems your setup is supported, but as I am on a MacBook I cannot test it.
Someone from support will have a look at this and test it and reach out to you.
Regards,
Shannon

@Shannon S I know this ticket is from the way back time machine... What was the fix? Same issue here. Windows users can subscribe but Mac users can't from any MS product desktop nor web

You need an additional plugin for Outlook. The suggestion is CalDavSynchronizer and then use the plugin Synchronization Profiles option to add a profile to Confluence. When you enter the URL for Confluence add a / at the end of the URL. I have also found that using your Confluence credentials over a Personal Access Token works better. The PAT generates a 401 error in my experience. Same for if the Confluence credentials are incorrect.
