I have a confluence Space linked to a Jira Service Desk projet.
First of all, we don't want the Create Buttom to show up.
When a Jira Service Desk portal user only (we call it a customer) browes this specific confluence space, it allows the customer to Create a page.
As you can see, the users isn't logged, a warning shows up, and the anonymous user create a new page.
Those are the project's permission settings. If I disable the "All view" on anonymous access my link to confluence space while customers are typing will not work.
If the anonymous users have the add page permission on any space, the create button will appear on all the spaces they access. However, the parent page will only be allowed to be created in the space where they have permission.
To find the space where the add page permission was inadvertently applied, open an incognito window so you are not logged in and have no cookie from Confluence, and click the create button. The space anonymous has permission for and not the current space will be the location. Then you can go to that space and remove the add page permission which will make the create button disappear for anonymous users on all the spaces.
In this screen shot I hit the create button in the Demonstration Space but as I only have anonymous "add page" in the 123 space, I can only create the page there.
I removed "add page" permission from anonymous on the 123 space and the create button disappeared on both spaces.
