Confluence + Slack Notifications not working

After carrying out all the procedures and settings for activating the Confluence Cloud APP in Slack, no notification arrives at the same time when a change/comment is made on the Confluence page.

Through Confluence, if I try to access the option, Slack Notifications, it displays the following error screen.

Would anyone know how to solve it? What should the problem be?
