Hello Atlassian Community!!!
We have a problem with Confluence Integrations with Slack. We were not able to get notified in slack channels. When checked Confluence Admin<Slack Integrations, for few workspaces it says OAuth Failure, and not able to find the root cause behind this. For few workspaces it was showing Limited. When assessing Confluence Integration with Slack, came to know that Jira integration hasn't been working as well.
Could anyone please help me debug this and how to know the root cause behind this?
If we remove this present integration and configure the authentication, go through integrating slack with the channel again, is it going to work fine ?
Also saw few posts in the Forum stating that it isn't working with some versions, not sure correctly.
Confluence Data Center Version: 9.2.3
Slack for Confluence Version: 4.0.1
Plan: Enterprise
What would be the behavior if we are planning for Migration, How will this integration going to work as I see there is a Free App by Atlassian in Cloud.
Please advise, Thank you!

You might want to update the deployment tag on this post from cloud to DC, so community members familiar with the DC version can chime in as well.
Hi @Benjamin ,
I appreciate you sharing this documentation and I already gone through this. We did configure this few years ago, it was working fine and were getting notified in slack channels. I should try the troubleshooting steps. Thank you!

Most welcome. If you still have issue after troubleshooting, I would recommend to sharing the logs with Atlassian to help further troubleshoot.
