The site tolotta.atlassian.net was used for many years with the last access in April 2026.
The site is no longer available and I recreated it by starting a new site.
Can the data be restored?
Hello @Administrator
Welcome to the Atlassian Community.
Was the site under a Free Tier Subscription? If so, when was the last time the content was accessed through the UI?
If it was a Free subscription be advised that Atlassian has a policy to deactivate and delete Free subscriptions that are left inactive. I recently published an article on this that details the timeline and retention period. You can find that article here:
Atlassian Jira/JSM/Confluence Free Tier Inactivity & Data Deletion Timeline
It depends if it's still in the retention period, that is 15 days for trials and 60 days for free, standard, premium, or enterprise.
Good reference: Reset and delete all data from your cloud site & Data retention period .
I would recommend reaching out to Atlassian Support as this is the Atlassian Community Forums so we wouldn't be able to check if your site data has been deleted or not. You likely won't be able to open a ticket here though as you do not have a subscription so you can try the general question link below instead.
Have a general question for us?
Hope this helps!

Hello @Jason Krewson
If the Free subscription is deactivated due to inactivity, the retention period is only 15 days.
For more information see the article I referenced in my answer.

Thanks Trudy.
Hopefully Atlassian will update https://support.atlassian.com/atlassian-cloud/kb/reset-and-delete-all-data-from-your-cloud-site/ the same.
