Hello Confluence community,
I'm currently upgrading our Confluence data center to V10.2.2 and I'm finding the time taken from starting the service to Confluence being available in the browser is between 15-20 minutes which seems really excessive as the likes of Jira data center is normally up and running within 5 minutes. I have experienced this for some time now with prior releases and wondered if this is to be expected. If not can anyone advise what may be slowing the process down.
Many thanks
@Andy Towers As @Marc -Devoteam- said the best place to start is in the logs. There are a lot of items that can impact performance. I would suggest using this guide if you have not do ne this to optimize performance on your Confluence instance. https://confluence.atlassian.com/enterprise/confluence-data-center-optimization-insights-and-recommendations-1607598761.html

Hi @Andy Towers
Check the logs.
Is there a memory issue, or are there loads of apps used in Confluence?

No memory issues @Marc -Devoteam- . We're currently running only a few apps. Thanks for the comment and i'll delve into the guide provided by Brant.
