I have a Windows server running Confluence version 6.0.7.

Can I just run the upgrade of Confluence version 6.9.0, or do I have to run upgrade of previous version first??

You can go straight to 6.9, but before doing so, I would read all the relese notes for each version (6.1, 6.2, etc) to identify areas of change that affect you, and, of course, do a test run first!
