Confluence Server - Getting error Service Unavailable 503

Hello we are getting the following error on our local hosted confluence server.

Service Unavailable

The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later."

The server is linux based hosted in our Azure platform. Any help with this would be appreciated.

Also yes, we have tried browsing directly to the IP address both internally and externally and it doesnt work either.

What does the log file say the problem is?

when I SSH into the linux server, what commands do I run to see the log files? Sorry I am new at this.

Hey guys... so I rebooted the linux server 3 times and on the 3rd try it started working???? soo weird...
