Confluence - Search Alternative Plug-ins?

The current use of Labels to enable better search results is inadequate due to:

• Company large number of employees
• Confluence large variety of topical pages
• The disconnect between employees familiarity and competence of using "google" type search platforms vs. Confluence's label search method which is foreign to most employees, with high friction of locating specific Labels to reduce the search results.

We are in a search for some form of a "google" like search replacement plug-in for the Confluence Data Center platform.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
