Confluence - Page Properties Default Formatting Question

I am looking at the default formatting that comes in the Troubleshooting page template in Confluence and in the last Page Properties section there is what looks like a small table with one row and two columns, one with the words 'Related Issues.'

I am trying to retrofit a preexisting page to this format and I am having trouble recreating this component or determining what purpose it serves?
