I have rule “Verify the page and its child pages” which can be triggered manually by several other confluence users from the confluence page as they review/approve the content of confluence pages.
When this rule is executed/triggered manually by other confluence users from the page to approve the page content and update the status to “verified”. The page history always captures my name (initials) as who updated the status of the page.
My expectation is that the page history should capture the name of the user who triggered/initiated the rule. The current page history which captures my name (Actor) from the rule details is misleading. I am not able to update or set the Actor field in the Rule details for my expectation. Please guide me on how to configure the rule so that the page history captures the user who triggered the rule.
I think that using actor would be the right technique, but Confluence Cloud Automation offers very limited capabilities here.
