Confluence Mail function

Dear all,

We setup mail setting at the confluence But when we tried to send a email to administrator, it show the message as below:

But the SMTP Server : webmail.yuntech.edu.tw can work at my outlook. How can we modify the question ? Thank you.

The Confluence server cannot find the email server - check the routes and name resolution on the Confluence server.
