Confluence - MS Teams integration

Hello,  

In my organisation we use Confluence pages for our Release-management.  

Here, developers write their names on the Confluence and tag themselves. On each site (we have a Confluence page for each Release date),  we have linked to a specific MS Teams channel.

My question is, when a person opens a link to a MS teams channel from Confluence, is it possible that all persons tagged on the Confluence site automatically are part of that MS channel?

For example, when a developer opens the link to a MS teams channel from Confluence, is everybody tagged on the Confluence automatically also part of that MS channel?
