Confluence Links broken after brikit theme update

After updating the Brikit theme to 2.2.3 and disabling the Confluence Mobile Plugins, and then enabling the Confluence Mobile Plugin, the links on our main landing page load with multiple events most of the time.  About every 4-6 refreshes of the page, sometimes it loads the buttons with only the correct actions.

Would it be best to remove the Brikit theme in the Add-ons, then install the older version again?

Or should we shutdown Confluence, and replace the theme folders from a backup and restart Confluence?
