Hi,
I did install confluence server in the past with no issue. Was and is still not for corporate use.
I renewed my licence today but never get the licence key displayed from my purchase information like last time insteand I got this :
I couldn't figure how to get my licence key from source tree. I did upload the Sourcetree, but I have no clue what I'm dealing with. Am I missing something ? As I said it's not for corporate use, I guess I might have done a mistake at some point. Is there's anyways to get the licence key easily ? Otherwise if I should proceed with sourcetree to generate the licence key any procedure to do so ?
Thanks
Hi Kaven,
Once you paid for maintenance renewal of your Confluence license, you should have received your new license in your email.
If you did not, you can obtain it from my.atlassian.com.
As for Source Tree, that's not where you would get your license keys. Source Tree is a separate product from Atlassian that is to be used to work with your git repositories.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Regards,
Shannon
Hi Shannon,
Thanks to answer me back.
I guess then that the issue was with my confluence installation as I was having
"XSRF check failed" when trying to paste the licence key I received. I open the confluence install program again and did an upgrade which resolved the issue.
Have a good day
Kaven
