I am attempting to create Jira tickets and edit Confluence pages, however I frequently see messages like "Looks like you’re offline. Any changes you make will be automatically saved. Some features will be unavailable." in Confluence and experience perpetual delays in ticket creation + page edits.
I am able to browse and use the rest of the internet with no issue; running speed tests I frequently see speeds consistent w/ my available bandwidth from the ISP.
I am curious what is causing these connectivity problems with Atlassian and how it can be resolved?

Let your admin of the instance check your account, are you connect via VPN or other to connect to Atlassian?
Do you have the same experience in an incognito window or other browser?
