i choose"built in"because i dont have own database ,then it failed.

HTTP Status 500 - Cannot call sendError() after the response has been committed

how could that be ?

Hi - proxy configuration can cause the error you are reporting. Do you have a proxy, load balancer or other device between your browser and the server where you are running the setup? If so, please make sure the file <Confluence_Install>/conf/server.xml has the Proxy Support statements (proxyName, proxyPort, and if using SSL, scheme.)
