Hi everyone,

I'm looking for help recovering my Confluence Free site.

Site information

Problem

Until recently, I had a Confluence Free site hosted at the above URL.

Now, whenever I try to access:

https://sp-systemc-modelling-docs.atlassian.net/wiki

I receive the following error:

Page unavailable
Your Atlassian Cloud site is currently unavailable.

What I've verified

  • I can successfully sign in to Atlassian Administration.
  • My organization sp-systemc-modelling-docs still exists.
  • I am the administrator of the organization.
  • Under Billing and Apps, I only see:
    • Studio
    • Rovo
    • Rovo Credits
  • Confluence no longer appears anywhere in Billing or Apps.
  • When I try to contact Atlassian Support, the support portal says:

"Sorry, we can't find this Cloud URL."

My questions

  1. Has my Confluence Free site been automatically deactivated or deleted?
  2. Is there any way to restore the Confluence product and recover my existing pages?
  3. Since the Atlassian organization still exists, is there any recovery option available?

Thank you!

Hello @Prasanth Adhikaram

Thank you for sharing the details for your site.

Checking the sites related to your Atlassian account, it seems the URL is a bit different than the one you shared here, but we believe this could be a typo.

In any case, for the one we found with a Rovo product and a deactivated Confluence subscription, there may be a really small window to recover the content, so we need you to confirm a few things before we can try a possible recover attempt.

We raised the support ticket JST-1325621 on your behalf, and you should have received an email about the ticket as well.

Please access the support ticket that can also be found at https://support.atlassian.com/requests.

We will need you to add to the ticket the correct url link for the site and if possible the SEN number/entitlement number and confirm the site you want to restore at the ticket we just raised with you, since this is a sensitive process and we have limited time to proceed.

Even with that in mind, to set the correct expectations, this is not a supported process, and we can't guarantee it will work, due to the complexity and many services required in this process.

We will be looking forward to hearing from you in the support ticket!

Regards,
Jessica

Hi @Prasanth Adhikaram

Usually this happens when you haven't been using the instance for 120+ days. Atlassian automatically deactivates those sites. I've requested support from them.
