Confluence Export - Show additional Atlassian products that users use

Iuliana Burgi Jurj
February 5, 2020

Hello.

I am an admin of Confluence Cloud for my company.

I would like to see, in the Excel export feature, to which additional Atlassan products do my users have access to. E.G: Trell, Bitbucket, etc.

Last year there used to be a column in the Excel table for each additional product, but now I do not see it anymore.

Anybody knows how can I obtain this info ? I would not like to submit  request to the support team each time. It would be really time consuming.

Hello @Iuliana Burgi Jurj,

Thank you for raising this with us.

I'm not familiar with the Excel export feature you speak of. You can export Confluence content using Word, PDF, HTML, and XML, but not Excel. These exports include the content of Confluence, but won't include a list of users and their products, like you're looking to have.

If you can show me the export feature you're referring to, I can try to see if there's a way to obtain the information you require.

Regards,

Shannon
