Confluence Default Theme not showing up

Why is the default theme not showing up in Confluence, when the default theme is selected as the chosen theme?

The settings show that the default theme is the chosen theme. 

When I logged into the Confluence this Monday, the theme turned to an 'abnormal' one and no longer showing the default theme.

The default theme has always been the theme used in the Confluence which is having this problem. 

Could someone please advise how can the theme be returned to the default theme?

Hi Woon!

I understand that you haven't changed from the default theme, but you're noticing some abnormal changes in the user interface.

There are a number of ways the look and feel of Confluence could change. So we can get a better understanding of these changes, could you provide a description of what changed as well as any screenshots?
